SUDHEER JR
Sudheer JR is a distinguished professional with a postgraduate degree in Chemistry and a Law degree, complemented by an illustrious career spanning academia and government. He has served as a lecturer at Andhra Loyola College, Director of Works Accounts in the Finance Department of Andhra Pradesh, Director (Finance) in the Ministry of Water Resources, Government of India, and Managing Director of APCFC, Minorities Welfare Department, Andhra Pradesh.
A multi-talented individual, Sudheer is a lyricist for films, a writer for ETV programs, and the author of acclaimed works including Sparsha and Prakshalana (poetry anthologies) and Manasu Kathalu and Amma Chekkina Silpam (short story collections).
As a certified NLP practitioner and holder of a Master Diploma from the Indian Academy of Training and Development, Sudheer has trained and inspired countless individuals. Elected multiple times as President of the academy’s alumni association, he is celebrated for his creativity, approachability, and down-to-earth demeanor.

SANGITA ZAPARDE
Sangita Zaparde is a vision-driven professional with over 20 years of expertise in the IT industry, specializing in enterprise solutions, large-scale program management, and delivering high-impact business outcomes. As Director of Product Management, she leads senior teams managing critical programs like Azure Cloud Datacenter Services, Integration Platform Services, and global digital initiatives that drive multi-billion-dollar revenues and process efficiencies.
Sangita’s leadership is marked by a customer-first approach, data-driven decision-making, and seamless collaboration across global, cross-cultural teams. Her contributions extend beyond her role, with eight years of volunteering as a Board Director for PMI chapters in India, where she demonstrated expertise in finance management and membership services.
An advocate for coaching and mentoring, she actively supports career development, particularly for women in technology. Sangita is also passionate about mindfulness and emotional intelligence, conducting impactful awareness sessions and workshops within Microsoft and other organizations.

SUNIL GRANDHI
Sunil Grandhi brings over 12 years of expertise in investment banking, having worked with Morgan Stanley, before transitioning to entrepreneurship. He has successfully led ventures in construction, hospitality, and interior design, and now focuses on exports across agriculture, textiles, and interior products.
A passionate advocate for personal growth, leadership, and children’s well-being, Sunil draws inspiration from his parents, his two young children, and his spouse, an accomplished interior designer and lab-grown diamond jeweler.
His multifaceted experience and dedication to excellence make him a valued member of our Honorary Advisory Committee.
MADHAVI VOOTLA
Madhavi Vootla is a seasoned Life Skills Coach, Soft Skills Trainer, and Relationship Counsellor with over 20 years of experience, having trained 30,000+ individuals across industries. She has specialized in grooming aviation professionals, coaching hospitality and education sectors, and delivering impactful workshops on emotional intelligence, team building, and corporate etiquette.
With a Master’s in Commerce and certifications in advanced training programs, Madhavi has worked with marquee clients like GMR Hyderabad Airport and LIFE Health Services. A Hyderabad-based trainer fluent in English and Telugu, she brings creativity and expertise as an active Telugu film industry artist.

PS Ramesh
S. Ramesh is a dynamic sales and marketing professional with over 34 years of experience, including 32 years as a proven leader and team manager. With expertise spanning general management, sales, and training, he has worked with leading organizations such as Colgate Palmolive, Abbott Healthcare, Thermo Fisher (Labsystems Oy), and R-Biopharm Neugen.
A skilled Life Skills and Leadership Trainer, Ramesh has delivered customized training modules to students, interns, junior and middle managers, and senior leaders. His logical approach to problem-solving, exceptional reasoning, and administrative capabilities have established him as a sought-after sales and business consultant.
A science graduate with an M.Sc. in Psychology, Ramesh blends his academic knowledge with real-world experience to inspire and guide individuals and teams to achieve their potential.
